BMEG is here to help those with M.E. (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis) or C.F.S.
(also known as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) and F.M. (Fibromyalgia,) a condition similar to M.E. for those who reside within the Scottish Borders, Scotland, UK.

Borders ME Group is a Registered Scottish Charity, that is based in Kelso, Roxburghshire, which came about as a result of those with ME/CFS needing support, in a self-help capacity. FM sufferers wanted help also, as this condition is like ME/CFS, so we welcomed them too.

Support is provided by a monthly Support Group, Special Events for BMEG Members,
and involvement with other organisations that aim to raise awareness of ME/CFS/FM generally.

BMEG has a Committee of Volunteers, who are individuals who either have ME/CFS/FM or who have an interest in these conditions, who meet on a regular basis to see what BMEG can do to help those with ME/CFS/FM.

Anyone who lives within the Scottish Borders is very welcome to join BMEG. Why not come along to our next Support Group?
Meet other like-minded individuals who discuss all kinds of topics, can share and advise on ME/CFS/FM matters, and have a chat over a cuppa, if that’s all you can manage.

BMEG Members have full access to Resources, Group Events and Activities.
( Non-members can view our web site and access information, but not all BMEG provision. )
